  • Each product page includes a size guide so you can shop confidently.

    Core Capsule pieces feature relaxed silhouettes. If a piece is oversized or more fitted, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • We prioritize comfort, durability, and feel.

    Expect heavyweight fleece, soft cotton, and fabrics selected to maintain their shape and color over time. Specific material compositions are listed on each product page.

  • Our pieces are made for long-lasting color and quality.

    To care for them:

    • Wash inside out to protect the print
    • Cold water + mild detergent, gentle cycle
    • Air dry when possible, or tumble dry low
    • If ironing is needed, turn inside out on low heat

    Avoid high heat to protect both print and intended fit.

  • Shipping times vary by product type:

    Smoking accessories:
    Ship from our primary warehouse and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

    Apparel (Core Capsule pieces):
    Ships from a separate warehouse and may take between 10–17 days depending on location and order volume.

    Tracking information will be emailed once your shipping labels are created.

  • OmBudzCo is not fast fashion.

    Our apparel is produced intentionally in limited batches and, in some cases, made to order. This allows us to reduce overproduction and maintain quality.

    Some clothing items may take up to 2–3 weeks to arrive.

  • Apparel items enter production after purchase.

    This means there may be a few business days between placing your order and receiving tracking information.

    As soon as your order is fulfilled, tracking will be sent via email.

    Accessories ship within 48 hours of order placement.

  • Accessories and apparel will ship separately since they are fulfilled from different warehouses.

    You’ll receive tracking via email for each shipment.

  • Currently, we ship anywhere in the United States.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.

    The final shipping rate will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

  • Apparel

    Because each item is produced in limited runs, we do not offer returns for sizing or change-of-mind purchases.

    If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve.

    Smoking Accessories

    All accessory sales are final.

    If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • Once your order has shipped, if there has been no tracking movement for at least 7 days contact us at orders@ombudz.co and we will initiate a carrier investigation.

    Please note that once an order is in transit, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping provider.
